The VERY efficient train service costs about US$13 to Kowloon or Central - direct5 from the airport. Expect to pay about three times that for a taxi to Kowloon and more to Central.

From the airport to Central on Hong Kong Island will cost about $43.00 US plus tip. The best way to get into the city is the airport express train, it's convenient, modern, faster than a taxi and will get you to Central with just two stops or Kowloon with just one stop and is about one-third the cost of a taxi. taxi start as HKD $ 15. around 2USD, if fm Airport to Kowloon area, around USD $32 (depends on if there have traffic jam)
