Being thin or fat as I know is not just predetermined by heredity. There are various factors that could change ones body structure. The kind of food eaten, the metabolic activities of the individual, the general health and activities done are some of the factors that could affect someone of being fat or thin.
But if you really are the type of a thin person who eats heartily but never put on weight, you are presumably burning up energy due to constant activity. Your metabolic rate is speeded more than what it is supposed to be. Unfortunately, the medical focus with regards metabolism these days is the speeding up of metabolism, I did not hear of remedies on trial that would slow down the metabolism.
There possibly could be some medicines you can take to achieve that but the side effects won't be safe for your heart and your body in general.
So forget about that. What you can do to help is to increase your caloric needs. Take fatty foods such as all fat meats, butter, cheese, nuts of all kinds, chocolate, potatoes, peanuts, crackers, cream, sugar, oatmeal, and dozens of other well-known flesh-builders, should play an important
role on your daily diet. Take some bananas or crackers and milk between meals. Wow, many will envy you for that. Many out there wishes they could enjoy all of those foods but they need to avoid them.
Anyway, as long as you remain energetic and do not have any disease you need not worry. Do not forget to have enough rest, sleep and do your regular exercises too-that will help to condition your body for optimum functioning.
