how many times a week?

do you wash your hair ...i dont mean just wet it ,but actually shampoo and condition..be honest..i used to wash everyday but then i started to straightn my curly hair and it became hard to wash and straighten everyday....what the average of number you was your hair??

I'd have to agree with you.. since I started straightening my hair, it becomes too much of a hassle to wash it everyday. And, with all that blowdrying and straightening, it can really dry out my hair. So I wash it about 3 times a week.

I've done everything from washing my hair once or twice a week to everyday and my best advice would be to shampoo and condition every other day. I do that and sometimes once every three days. It depends on the individuals hair, and on how dirty you feel your hair is. but everyday may damage your hair.

but its summer and i go into the pool a lot so i try to wash my hair every time after i get into the pool! <3 <3 <3
