I heard that you shouldn't take a bath before letting your body cool down. This means that if you hit the shower within a minute or so of ending your workout, it might be detrimental to your physical health. Basically, from what i understand, you need to cool your body gradually at its own rate, and that can only be done by resting your body for at least 10 or fifteen minutes.

It is actually quite beneficial. When you sweat, your skin expels toxins. A bath or shower right after working out will prevent the toxins from being absorbed back into the skin. If you are worried about rapid changes in temperature, then make it a warm bath or shower.
Here is some information about removing toxins from the body:

It's best to rest for a while may be for 15 minutes or so to let any sweat dry off on the body cool off first before you take a shower. Taking a shower right away while you're sweaty might cause you to get skin irritation problems (white spots) later on.

first, kudos to you for being to healthy! I wish I could get more motivated to do what you do! And, after you do all that- you're more then entitled to a nice warm bath.
I would think it's beneficial, if anything, to bath right after you jog so you have a chance to let your muscles relax.. and it might be better for them to have the warmth to help them do so.

If you like laying in your own sweat that is fine, but I recommend a shower.
