Soak feet in warm water for ten minutes. Towel dry.
Scrub feet with a pumice stone. Spend extra time working skin that is very calloused and dry.
Rinse feet with water and wash with a mild soap. Dry feet thoroughly using a soft towel.
Rub your favorite moisturizer into your feet. Use a large amount of lotion and rub well.
Put a thick layer of petroleum jelly on top of the moisturizer. Work the petroleum jelly in well but leave a layer on top of the skin.
Wrap plastic wrap around your feet. Make certain to leave no skin exposed. Sleep with the plastic wrap on your feet.
Remove plastic wrap before showering in the morning. Wash feet using a mild soap. Dry and re-moisturize with your favorite lotion.

A professional pedicure is a great and relaxing way to have dead skin and callouses removed from feet.
Repeat treatments until feet are soft and flake free.

get a foot bath ( i find that a dish pan works nicely (about 3 bucks in the aisle of the store where they have dish drainers and sink stuff)
get some foot salts and foot soak (like a soap)
get a foot file... the one i have is metal and kinda looks like it has little raised bumps
get some foot scrub... its kinda like a gel with sand in it
and soem foot lotion
soat feet in very warm water- put some foot soak and salts in the foot bath
run your feet over the salts while they are disolving
when your feet are kind of starting to turn pruney- take them (one at a time) out and dry them with a towel... scrub your rough spots with the foot file then masage with the foot scrub (helps slough off the skin)
rinse
dry
put on lotion and then socks
u can get these things at most stores like walmart or at sally beauty supply..... do this about 2 times a week for a few weeks
or
if you dotn have this kind of time and money....
get a foot file... scrub nightly for about 5 min each foot, apply vasaline or an intense foot moisturizer before bed and socks...... the first one is overall better and is very relaxing!

put a thick coat of vasoline on your feet with socks before you go to bed. that will soften up the dead skin. then scrub it off with a pummice stone.
finish off with a sugar foot scrub, you can get it at any wal mart or whatever.

Use a pumice stone on your feet. You can buy these at any drug store.

get one of those pumice-scrubby things (preferably with handle) and scrub at your hard heels in the shower EVERY DAY.
then lotion and stuff.,

if you are not talking about hard, cracked, dead-skin heels and balls, but actually FLAKY SKIN...
HAVE YOU GOT ATHLETE'S FOOT?
