I think I have a swollen gland. I feel something swollen right behind my jaw & under my ear. Is this called a swollen lymph node? What causes it? How can I get rid of it?

That is exactly what that sounds like. You probably won't need antibiotics but since you are anemic, why don't you go to the doctor (if it won't cost you anything) and see if the doctor wants you on antibiotics because of your anemia. When one is anemic it is harder for your immune system to fight off illnesses.

Yes, it's a swollen lymph node. You may be fighting off a virus, or have allergies, or any number of things. If this is the only symptom, chances are your body will just do it's thing and the node will go down.
If it doesn't go down in the next few days to a week, I'd get in to see the doctor, just to make sure it's nothing major
Oh - if you still have your wisdom teeth, those nodes can swell up when they start to move in.
