According to the answers about heaven from christians, the place will be stress free, plentiful, and full of the dead person's loved ones.

Stress free? How could you be stress free, whilst still being able to watch your children live their lives? Would you no longer care? If your kids acted against what you believed to be your god's wishes, wouldn't you still be able to worry about them?

Plentiful? With what? If you are only spirit, you would not need to eat or drink.

Loved ones? They wouldn't be the people you knew whilst alive. These spirits wouldn't possess the characters of these people...their humour etc. What would you talk about? Those loved one's, ballsing things up on Earth? The weather?

What about those you had expected to be there waiting for you and didn't make it? Would you just shrug your shoulders and say 'Oh well'?

So what will you be? A blob of inarticulate 'love', adoring a god who is still allowing pain and suffering?

Been around a couple dozen years and already you are smarter than the eternal God.

There seems to be many misconceptions about heaven and God. Sometimes i think that those who delight in criticising christians and all other religions, should get themselves a religious education first. I have no religion but have studied many, and, although there are some that i don't like, i will not criticise anyones religion.
The truth is that in effect we are a lost people. There are so many things we do not know about ourselves, where we originated, what happens after death etc, and in its place we have put religion or governments. Some see governments as their authority and some see God. Those that protest either are just demonstrating that they are at effect of these.
The real concept is that heaven is where you become exactly who you are rather than the unknowing person that we all are.
God does not 'allow' suffering. He gave us all free will to live how we like and believe what we like. If god were to not allow suffering then YOU would be compelled to believe in him.
It is after all people who cause suffering.

We Could be stress free coz then we will know what will happen and if we know what will happen it will still be easy to take care of kids

Plentiful with what??? Food of course, if we are spirit it doesnt mean we can't eat we just don't have to I am imagining Pizzas and stuff

Of course they will be the same, Heaven will be fun remember the time you are so happy that you feel like you are in top of the world you will feel that way forever, plus those spirits were your loved one's so their character(you know stuff about the soul right?) is pretty much the same as it is on earth

We can't do anything about those who didnt make it they have a brain so pretty much they did stuff in their own

Well I personally believe that we might(I said Might) be angels then

You are an @sshole you just posted this questions to mock our beliefs why cant you atheist just shut the F up for 2 minutes??? If you do not have religion then just shut up and leave those people who has an after life alone

IF, we can get past societies annoying habit of clumping all secular protestant, catholic, Baptist, Methodist, and so forth religions as Christians, Please. ¿Do you see the name of Jesus Christ in any of these splinters?? Be clear, below is NOT answering in representation of your perception of “Christians”.

We as ANY humans [except for the very few that have been or will be translated] will die, will be separated from our flesh & bones, travel to a paradise plane. There we will wait until our bodies are resurrected to be reunited with our spirits. These bodies will be in a purified form, but similar in most respects to our bodies now. At that point we are judged and sent to our next kingdom.

stress free, in that we are enlighted to grasp the concept of eternity & much much more, once we understand that, the NOW is miniscule.

our unique personas or characteristics existed before we were put in these fabulous, but not pure, bodies. We will always mature and develope, but the drastic change you claim will not be the case. We'll still have humour, habits, other traits we've ALWAYS had. Please define eternal - do you see a beginning there?

EVERYONE is given the gift of resurrection. A few won't make the cut AFTER resurrection & judgement. They will have to take their bodies to a lesser kingdom. There will be 3...one as bright as the stars, one as bright as the moon, & one as bright as the sun[John 4:2 - I Cor. 15:39-41]. but we can visit lesser kingdoms.

There is a Hell reserved for the extremely evil...Extremely. For those only must you say 'oh well'

Unfortunately most people decide to believe what they hear and not what they read. The Bible doesnt say that everybody good will go to heaven. God made the EARTH for humans to live on...Isaiah 45.18 reads.. For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the [true] God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited: Also 1 Corininthians 15.50 tells us...However, this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s kingdom..For others who will read this question, why did jesus tell us to pray 'thy Kingdom come thy will be done on EARTH as it is in heaven'? Also ask yourself this..If Adam and Eve hadnt of sinned, would they eventually have gone to Heaven? As for those who do go to heaven, what does the bible say? Revelation 5.9-10..'You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, because you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought persons for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,  and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth'.
Feel free to ask email me any other questions regarding this

How many people came back from a grave to tell you how dark in inside??
Have you tried to read the bible and if you have no belief why do you ask that?
I might believe in God but I tell you that everything is around us is happening because of us.
If hate, racism, discrimination, greed, jealousy is in our hearts what do you expect?
A rain of gold and roses?
No, we get what we deserve...what goes around comes around....

As far as I knew, when you died that was it for a Christian, until they were resurrected on Judgement Day & let into heaven or hell. You hit the nail on the head though in your last paragraph. I guess this is what most Christians will be (LOL).

1 Corinthians 2:9 says, "...No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him".

Trying to define heaven falls way short of what we are able to comprehend. The apostle Paul did not attempt to describe it, why should we?

What is important to understand is: heaven is a real place; Christ wants you there and will prepare a place for you; and Christ is the only way, the only truth, the only life which can get you there.

You bring up some points to ponder. Personally, I look forward to being there. I think I will be a guardian angel for those I had to leave back here on Earth.
