I was baptized LDS for the wrong reasons and became an agnostic for 11 years a few months later when I thought that my devoutly Baptist mom died needlessly. Don't make the same mistake that I did.
Read my posts, Cheese and Rice. Ask me questions on them. Challenge me! Tell me where I'm wrong. Then seek the counsel of the Holy Spirit. A hardened heart leads toward a hardened head.
Only then might you start to understand what you're missing, and you might be able to learn the truth.
Since you've already been baptized as a Latter-Day Saint (Mormon), the door will always be open to return.
Once you honestly try that, then I can get through to you and you will be more open to the truths you so obviously want.

They dont need your help to find the truth, but I am sure they appreciate your concern.
Look at what the mormon church does in terms of charity world wide. Look at the people in the church and how they try to live their lives. Then turn around and ask yourself how a loving fair God could condemn people like that to hell and maybe you should reconsider what exactly the truth is.

The Holy Ghost is the testifier of truth -- you should do your best to use Him.
Mormons follow the Holy Ghost's promptings -- this is how all Mormons learn the truth.

Encourage them to read the scriptures, pray and ponder.
A couple of jokes for you -
How do you hide the truth from a Mormon? Put it in a book.
How do you confuse a Mormon? Leave out the pictures.

If you think like that - honestly-.
Then you do not know the truth yourself.
Therefore - no reason to tell you the best way to get through to a Mormon.
But if you want to learn yourself contact me that you may be helped.

A missionary I know says it takes about 5 years from the time a mormon starts questioning to the time they leave Mormonism. It takes a long time to rebuild their lives and to deprogram them.

I've met a few people who have tried to convince me my religion is false by starting off, "Momonism is a cult, you're going to burn in eternal flames" Attacking anyone's religion won't convince them of anything. It will just make them defensive.
I've had quite a few discussions with members of other faiths that were uplifting for both of us. I often go to my boss, who's a Baptist, for thoughts when I'm preparing lessons for church. Expressing your beliefs with us will open the lines of communication.
(But I do think that we have "the truth" and so do most active members)

since most mormons depend on an internal lie detector we call the "holy ghost" you will have to be telling the truth for the holy ghost to tell us it is the truth. but since you fester with lies and poision...you will have no luck.... thats why a real mormon can see your BS a mile away!
