hey. im 15 years old and my dad just started working at this new company thats still starting up. hes been working pretty hard lately and he comes home late. when he talks to me, he usually talks about very general stuff like the news...or my classes and stuff but nothing about his work. my older sister, who is 19. just came back from college for a few weeks. and she tells me that my dad has been telling her everything. all the projects hes working on that is supposed to be "top secret". my older brother is also an active participant in their discussion and hes only two years older than me.
im sry. but it kinda hurts u know? im not that much younger than them. does he think i cant handle business? do he think im too young? what else is he not telling me? im really disappointed cause im usually very open about everything in my life. i dont want to confront him about it cause i know hes tired....what should i do?

He still considers you his baby Just tell him that you feel that he is treating you like you are much younger, and you would like for him to have more serious discussions with him. He wil understand. He is your dad, and he loves you.

do you have a reputation for spilling the beans and talking too much, if so, you know your answer, but if not, who cares what your dad does, why do you have to know so bad anyway.
