there's no cream that you can apply and say "ok no more acne for the rest of my life" but you can do several things to clear and keep ache away. washing your face 2-3 times a day is essential and use a facial soap. also any time during the day your face feels greasy or oily wash it or use an astringent. keeping your pores moisturized but not clogged is also key. using Shea butter helps with that. there are also a lot of great products that clears and prevents ache like pro-activ, benza cline (prescription), nutrigena, and biore. keeping stress down can help. you must also take in mind that if you are going through puberty, the hormone levels in your body will be changing and that causes acne. same with anything that causes your hormones to become unbalanced like pregnancy or your period. hope it helped. =)
