everytime I connect my ipod, it always says "The Required file cannot be found." what is the problem? I have already been through the apple website and the support part as well. So what's the problem?

Correct the problem you have by reinstalling the software that was provided with you ipod when you bought it.

Disconnect your ipod and unstall itunes, download and reinstall itunes from the apple website. try to resync. Assuming your ipod is not curupt, it should just be a driver error and your ipod should resync. HOWEVER in rare cases your ipod is curupt, and you'll need to use apple ipod restore, also on the apple website. good luck
