You are incorrect. Christians do not engage in violence. That is just your opinion. You are being used by the devil to discourage God's lost sheep. God will prevail.

Despite what many people think and say about Christians being violent, they are wrong. The TRUE Christians that follow Jesus aren't violent and not selfseeking. The only times they fought was when they were under attack by some foreign power. Muslims on the other hand claim that we are their friends now but will destroy us infidels later. Like someone said earlier, Jesus had the power to defend himself but he died on the cross out of love for us so that we may be redeemed to God. Jesus paid the price of our sin. Think about how many Christian missionaries are out there in other countries teaching people about Jesus and helping them by building houses, etc. Do you see Muslims doing that? Muslims is all for their own self gain. TRUE Christians sacrifice what they want for others. There is a big difference. God Bless!

Man were raised from animals and retain the basic instinctive desires to compete for food and attention. When they can rise above this they become known as "human" or "high man." The majority of mankind, even up to the time of "end" remain "man", and are compelled to fight, mistrust, gain territory etc. This is a necessary aspect of natural survival .... for animals.
"Religion" ceased to be a true "mystery school" (which existed to raise the minds of mankind) well before Ancient Egypt fell and was just further corrupted after that. Realizing the truth of this message (and more) is the test that all mankind will have to pass in the next few years...or face the consequences.

I think that is a great question and one I have pondered upon arriving in Muslim country a couple years ago. The Kur'an was written by a pedophile/terrorist and promotes lying, hatred, and basically evil upon anyone not in that religion. The Bible, written first, promotes a way of life that humans can exist in harmony without pushing it upon others through force. The Bible warns of false prophets, which is totally true of Muhhamed and his writings. Throughout history the Christians were freed slaves of people/anarchists and the Muslims are the anarchists/terrorists who wish to enslave the world and pay homage to their "mullahs" and rulers under the cloak of a religion....it's kind a yin and yang thing going on, definitely the Christian way is far more a better way for humans to evolve than is the Muslim way.

True Christianity was never violent, only Christendom became violent when Catholicism became the state religion. Now the Muslims are another story, I don't know anything about them except they don't like the Jews, and I think that's a birth right thing stemming from Abraham being the progenitor of both groups.

I quite like this question, but nobody has yet actually attempted to answer it, so let's give it a go. In my opinion Islaam and Christianity either are, or have been in the past, religions that are entrenched in their own feeling of self-right, and consumed by missionary zeal, seeking to convert through persuasion, military might, or financial inducement. Their fear of the hereafter (or here-highly-unlikely as I prefer to call it) is such that they have had the feeling that the greater the number of converts they get, the nearer they will get to the source of their eternal happiness in the days to come. I believe it's called selfish, ignorant, arrogant, uneducated, irrational rubbish, or put it another way.....religion.

Let clear this up, no christian who engages in violence is of God. Christian means to be Christ like and Christ never lifted his hand toward anyone, even to the point when they were beeating Him, He having the power inside of His self could have easily killed them instead decide to give up His spirit in order show us that, those who live by the sword will die by the sword.

Throughout history pretty much ALL religions have attempted to enforce themselves on other groups to gain power and status for themselves.
