it is the same but dilute it with some water or it will turn your gums white!
i know you said you used it in the past and i dont know if this happend to you...but it has happend to me!

As long as it's not a high concentration(which you'll never find at any mega-mart), you're fine. Just don't swallow any, or you'll be sicker than a dog. It's also great for cleaning mouth wounds, like a bitten tounge, or a busted lip. Just swish, spit, and rinse, you'll lose the infection in no time.

was there a pharmacist around to help you? they would know for sure.
if you're on a second bottle, i would suggest seeing a doctor again. the HP is the cure...it minimizes the discomfort. you need antibiotics. the HP, in large doses affects red blood cells and could kill you.

Yes, it's safe to use it. Peroxide is great for tooth problems and throat infections, plus it kills bad breath germs and gingivitis. It just tastes terrible.
Whatever you do, don't swallow it. It's extremely bad for you.
