I really have feelings for this guy. I ask him to do things but make it sound like it is for my son. He came to the stables to see my horses, flew a military helicopter over my house( for my son to see of course) and a lot of other things. Is he really doing it for my son or does he have feelings for me?

why dont you talk to him --- i would suggest he is more interested in you than your son --- so ask him out --- at the worst says its thanks for all the things he has done and dont take your son ---- best wishes

Oh, you're making a mistake that's all too familiar as it's something I do all the time; you're trying to figure out why a man is doing something and you can't possibly guess correctly. It's a losing game that will end up giving you some hurt feelings. Sorry, hon, but the only way you're going to know how he feels is by hearing it from him.
Just keep the lines of communication open and if he cares about you hopefully he'll feel comfortable enough to spend time alone with you and talk with you. Just try to have fun while he's around and see what happens. Try not to worry!!

try asking him for coffee of something. Test it all there. It could be both of you. If he hated you he wouldnt be doing all those favors evenif he liked the kid.
