There used to be a cabbage soup diet that was worked quite well. Cabbage is a healthy food. Just don't put fattening stuff on it.

Every day ?? Nope, only if you get dramatically less exercise than normal because you are stuck on the toilet and can't burn calories and gain weight from eating so much cabbage !
Basically...NO - it's a very low cal food !

NO at all. But, it also depends on how u cook.. try to put less OIL then u cook cabbage. =)

Nooooooooooooo - with the exception of potatoes, peas, sweetcorn and a few others, most veg are virtually calorie and fat free!
