why is it that the average, and lower than average guys (look wise) who complain and want someone go "ohhh why are women such bitches and dont date me" ...have they ever thought its because they are only aiming for people who are kinda out of their league? i realised in high school... average and lower than average girls get little attention... from any guy. period. ALL the guys are going for the hottest girls ever. basing it all on looks. and dont even look at themselves. i tend to like the more average lookin guys, i dont go for anythin to special.. i like personality, and uniqueness and originality, it keeps me goin more than a stupid *** typical hot guy....but guys they just want A TYPICAL HOT CHICK. dont say those are only the guys "lookin for sex" cause its not. guys all CARE about there girl bein hot, 4 there image ..so basically what happens is us not "hottest chicks ever" get no attention...and lots of guys dont get girls, cause theyre so damn picky..guys, have anythin to say?

lol no both guys and girls are equally shallow some people aren't though ..... i don't get that either lets say said person goes after a the freaking hottest person they have ever seen then they get rejected and they'r e like man that person is shallow and full of themselves when aren't they being shallow for trying to get this person and ignoring all the other people who are nice and average then they go sit at home and wonder why they are lonely and think they will never find someone when usually they're like 14 but no some can be old and just never matured to realize what inner beauty is

I've got to agree with you on the image thing... in my experiences it's the real reason a guy will only go for "hot chicks" But honestly, when most guys go to settle for good, they look for an attractive girl who also has great traits that are not look related and have things in common with them.
And I do like average guys who I think are hot:-) It's funny... the really hot ones are sooooo boring!

Its more of a biological thing...the prettiest girl is most likely the healthiest girl..therefore she will provide healthy and viable offspring which in turn means the male has sucessfully spread his genes (provided he mates and it takes). Nothin wrong with being picky as long as you dont mind being alone for a while. I think most men grow up and realize the hottest chick is not always the right chick.

Some guys have very high standards, just like girls, they know what they want and what they don't want. Its just a preference. But I do wish some guys weren't so arrogant about picking women, it gives us all a bad name.

sorry the guys are still immature and think that looks are everything --- plus they are trying to gain kudo's for dating the "hot chicks" ----- and no one is out of anyone else's league --- as we get older we do go for personality more than looks --- best wishes

it's never a bad idea to set your standards high.
if we all set our standards low, then the world would be a messed up place.
