He's at work and she wants to go get it.

how should she handle this legally within the night.

She has every right to get her computer back because it is legally her's. She shouldn't be afraid to go get her property because she is a female and if he ever hit her hes in deep crap. If she is so insecure call the police department and report stolen property and say the mans name that took the computer as a suspect.

Hope she gets it back.
