Hmmm . . . it depends on the game . . . not all (probably not even most) programs work with WINE. I have Ubuntu 7.04 and WINE works right with it. You have a fair shot of getting your program to work. If your computer is fairly recent and you have a copy of Windows lying around, consider investing in VMware Workstation ( http://www.vmware.com/ ). I've never actually made any virtual machines, but I got my friend with VMware Workstation to make me a Windows 2000 virtual machine. You can take the virtual machine and run it on any machine with VMware Player or Workstation. You can run Windows on and Linux simultaneously that way. Actually, you can run basically any OS on VMware. It's the best way to overcome the limitations of WINE. Good night!

It looks like you can take an existing Windows machine and make a virtual machine out of it . . . you might find that easier (or at least cheaper) than getting VMware Workstation. Good luck!
