Had a mammogram, then a few weeks later another one plus a ultra sound. they had found a mass or area as they said? the problem is in both breasts. I had gained weight after quitting the cigarette habit and my health is down hill....the pain that radiates from my left breast seems to go right through into my back area behind my shoulder blade. I had complained of dizziness for over 2 years and my breasts are constantly hurting since my last mammogram.WHY/

There could be many reaosns. I think it is GREAT you are getting this checked out though. Make sure your dr knows all that you just told us. They will find it. It may take lots of tests, but it will be found. It could be nerve damage, if your breasts are large there could be all type sof issues revolving around that as well. I am not sure about the dizzyness. Again, that may be from possible nerve damage. Your on the right track to getting better!

My breasts are always tender after a mammogram. This lasts a few days (for me).
As for the rest of the symptoms you describe, no doubt your Dr will adress them when you go back for your mammogram results.
