Put some butter in a pan, melt it add sliced mushrooms and a bit of salt to taste; make some toast and pour the mushrooms and butter over the toast. Make a small spinach and cheese omelet serve with fresh sliced tomato's and cottage cheese and you have a nice Brunch or light evening meal.

Not much of a mushroom fan either, the only mushrooms I might eat, which is rare, come in a can. Personally, I'd sell 'em. Shitakes are well known in the herbal medicine world, you might be able to get alot for them. I'd ask an herbal practitioner or a local heath food store manager.

Grill or saute them in garlic and butter and serve over fat juicy steaks with salad and baked potatoes.

i say you should paint them in bright colours, find a freezer bag, paint some fries and a small centimetre cube and use them all to play your own home made version of tetris!
