This is essentially a dogma based on old tribal custom that gave the church broad and sweeping powers to control the lives of the people.

justa as you said it is a fairy tail, now im not gonna say god is not real becasue i am not sure, but i do know for 100% certainty that the the bible has been changed and twisted accidentally and purposely for the past 2000 years and perhaps this fairy tail was just made up by some fool throughout the ages. you should read the book misquoting jesus by bart ehrman it explains how the Bible has been changed massively in the past 2000 years and theirs proof that may parts of some passages were added throughout time. on example is teh story of jesus forgiving the woman who committed Adultery, they know this story is not true because it is not in any of the earliest copies of the Bible and they have found a mistake in a translation in a bible 700 years ago that led to all current bibles sayong that jesus is god. it turns out that a ink from the other side of the page blotched over and made a copier misword a sentence to make it say that. i am not saying that God is not real or that Christianity is not the way all I am saying is you can not follow the bible so strictly the way some people do and that the part of the bible you are talking about is probaly some fairy tail made up by some fool so that soceity would tithe the church or for any other reason that would be to his advantage.

That whole thing with the parable of eating the forbidden fruit and being cast out of paradise is all about FREE WILL. We all have it. There are rules and we can choose whether to follow them or not. Cain and Able used their own free will as well, so proved themselves that way.
The part about the sins of the father being visited upon subsequent generations is pretty much true. Child abuse, spousal abuse, alcoholism and all that other stuff tends to get handed down until someone in the family line wakes up and decides not to buy into it.
"Sin" is an old mideval archery term... meaning "you missed the mark, go back and try again". You have the ability to think, learn, correct yourself, apologize, and make things right.

You are not under any condemnation at all for Adam and Eve's transgression. In fact Jesus has even made it passable for you to have a perfect body again after death. All man kind who has ever been born will receive their perfect body's at or before the Judgment day. So I do not see what problem you have with it. If you are perfect then I suppose you do not need Christ and If you are perfect Adam and Eve's fall will not affect you in the least as you are exempt from paying the price for sin. However for every one else Jesus has been sent to earth for us so we can also enjoy with out cost to us all the benifits we would have had even if they had never transgressed to law. However if they had never transgressed the law I dont think we would have ever been born to start with. But it is for sure we would never had the opertunity to grow and learn. To become more like Jesus is the goal of all man kind in the end and return to heaven.

Max i think you are on the right track to answering your own question.
Do you really think we serve a God that will send a newborn baby to Hell?
If we must repent and be baptized for forgiveness of our sins and God knows a baby can not comprehend sin and how it put Jesus on the cross do you think that he would really send them to hell?
Does that sound like a parent ?
Can you imagine your mom or dad or the person who raised you saying you are gonna get a spanking for what your kids are gonna do?
I personally can not look into the eyes of my daughter or my son and see anything but innocents and lack of sin.
It just is not there.
everyone must mature to a point where the can be held accountable for there actions, then if you choose the wrong things to do you are in sin when the new covenant was formed old law was thrown out to give us hope and grace that is why we do not have to sacrifice animals anymore Jesus is the one and only sacrifice needed to cover all sins
in Acts it says this is the promise for you your children and all those who are far off
Meaning all generations to come need only to repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of sins
Trust God He is not out to forsake you
Study your Word a little closer you are almost there

Show me a full life without Christian sin and I'll show you an empty space. That being said, no, it's not fair. But, since Adam and Eve were either metaphorical or one pair of a huge number of coupling humans alive at the time, it doesn't really matter, because the the Creation story is primarily myth. Each person's sin is their own.

It wasn't Adam who sinned. It was Eve who first transgressed into sinned.
God told Adam he would die if he ate from the tree. God didn't say sin.
Eating from the tree wasn't a sin. It was something else that was the sin.
It was Eve who sinned, not Adam .
Adam hadn't perished as many believes.
Jesus said that God's son is in heaven. Jesus was saying Adam is in heaven.
When Jesus said someone sent me, he was referring to Adam being the one who sent Jesus.
When Jesus was talking about the Son of man, he was actually talking about Adam.
God's son will return to the earth in the last days to harvest the crop he tilled. God told Adam to till.
The bible was absolutely correct when it said that the people on the earth in the last days will be convinced to believe the false teachings they had been brought up to believe.
It amazes me how people believes the false priest.
Jesus Christ is the father, that's clearly written in the bible. What an actor he was. He really delusion millions and millions of people to believe a lie

God created us with free will, he only wanted our love if he knew that we would love him without him forcing us to, when Adam sinned God knew that his sins would taint us forever, we could not stay in paradise, with death and sinful tendencies, so he was forced (bad wording) to exile us, it hurts him more than we could ever imagine to see where we are today, God is fair in that he gave his son as a blood sacrifice to pay for those sins, and give us a chance to make good with him, its just the unfortunate truth that what Adam did will never leave us in this world, it isnt that God has condemed us, we did it ourselves, you have to look at it more as a father who warned his son not so smoke weed and do drugs, and then when this guy is older he is homeless and poor because of his actions.

Most people do not grasp the significance of what happened when Adam and Eve chose to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and bad. Satan the Devil used a serpent to tempt Eve into eating the fruit. He called God a liar (God said they would die if they ate the fruit, Satan said they would not die, but would come to be like God knowing good and bad) So Adam and Eve joined in a rebellion against God, they didn't want God to rule over them and decide what was good and bad. Ultimately they claimed that humans didn't need God.
So God stepped back and has let humans have the time to "prove" they can do it all on their own. What has history shown? Things continue to go from bad to worse. To add to the trouble is Satan. The Bible tells us at 1 John 5:19, "We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one" Satan is in control of this world right now, and because of the challange made in Eden, God has allowed it.
The good news is God will not allow this to go on forever. His original purpose was for the Earth to be a paradise filled with perfect humans who are living in peace and harmony. He has allowed time for Satan and humans to "prove their point" They have failed. He is going to step in and make things right.
As far as Adam's sin and why it was passed on to us,
Adam and Eve sinned before they had any children. The Hebrew word for sin means to "miss the mark" or to fall short of perfection . It was impossible for Adam and Eve to produce children who were perfect since they themselves were no longer perfect. Sin is like a genetic disorder we all inherited from Adam. (Romans 5:12)
We also do have a chance as imperfect humans to prove ourselves loyal to God with regard to that issue that was raised in Eden. We can choose God as our ruler by following the laws he has outlined for us in the Bible.

And what logic have you proven, besides the fact that you twist and distort things to make them sound good to your point? What sins are we punished with that are Adam's? none. we are punished for our own sins and that is all. We are sinless until we are 8 years old, and then we are accountable for our actions before God.

We people see that we are imperfect. But we believe we were made by God, and God doesn't make junk, and God loved us and wanted the best for us. So how do you reconcile that? It had to be explained in a mythological sense.
Early Hebrews came up with the idea that that man, given free will, chose to be disobedient. Man ate the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. In other words, Man decided to trust his own knowledge of good and evil, to make his own moral decisions. And this set the tone for man from that time on.
Actually it doesn't matter whether you believe that man is born in sin and can put himself right, or that man is born innocent and can become corrupted. Either way, you believe that people are capable of good or evil. I think most people would agree with that.
