My neighbor passed away today. She lived with her mother.
I have bought a card to send, but I am not sure what I should write.
Any suggestions would greatly help.

be sure you take some food over, a casserole that they can just pop in the oven so they dont have to worry about dinner

Perhaps you could volunteer to sit there and watch the house during the funeral. You might consider making a nice casserole and taking it over in a disposable-type container. They will have a lot of stuff to do both before and after the funeral, and they will not feel like cooking. If there are a lot of people swamping through there, you might consider going over to help clean their kitchen. Little things mean a lot.

It's a sad thing about the tragedy. Write all the good things you found about your neighbor and how much you will be missing her. Don't forget to mention that her souldmay rest in peace at the end.
