Yes, it is close enough to be concerned that this is carpal tunnel. The activities known to be associated with carpal tunnel syndrome are rapid, or repetitive, or forceful movements or sustained grasp. The thumb can also develop problems similar to tendonitis.
If you are mousing with your right hand, consider changing to mousing with your left hand. You might also change the type of mouse, say to a red marble mouse. Also cut out any gaming or non-essential use of the right hand. If you are a guy, you are generally less likely to get carpal tunnel but it can happen. Avoid any compression on the wrist, for example from a sharp table edge.
If the problem gets any worse, go to a health care provider about it. If you continue to ignore it you can develop a long term problem. Doctors can order a nerve conduction study that will identify if the nerves are blocked or slowed between the arm and the fingers. In the meantime you can try taking some anti-inflammatory meds like Advil. But the main thing is to cut back on the repetitive forceful hand movements.
Good luck.

First, I don't know of any herbal homeopathy medications that would help Carpet Tunnel. Belief is in the eye of the beholder.

Carpel Tunnel is an infection of the inner sheaths the nerves and tendons go through to the hands. These, upon continued use, will eventually get tired, get sore, when irritated and start swelling, you'll see soft lumps or bumps along the wrist, some get quit big, there's no mistaking it.
This infection will work it's way up the arm if not treated, usually with a brace to start with to keep the tendons from being irritated from constant movement.

When this fails then surgery is in the air, to clean these areas out so they can heal, no amount of herbal medications are going to do that. See your doctor and follow his directions.

If the bump is on the alternative part that your thumb is on, it somewhat is common, it basically ability you relax your hands alot on your wrists and your physique has geared up up a extra durable skin there to guard it. As for carple tunnel syndrome, you're able to easily have a RSI (repetative rigidity harm) those are undemanding for people who style alot or do the comparable circulation with they're hands frequently. See your well-being practitioner in case you're worrying. There are alot of rapid and uncomplicated suggestions attainable to you. My mom suffered from Carple Tunnel for some months earlier seeing her well-being practitioner, he gave her a shot of steroids interior the wrist (she did say this replaced into painful) however the outcomes have been immidiate and permenant. 4 years later, she's nevertheless going properly and it hasn't decrease back.
