i'm not sure bout inducing labor(although they say they nipple stimulation can) but generally your producing colostrum until a cpl days after birth, then your milk comes in which the baby needs this in this order so its not really goin to "waste" you wouldn't be able to use it anyway

Again: not milk. Colostrum.

But you can't "waste" it. Good grief! Your body will just make more.

The sort of nipple stimulation used as a labour induction method involves stimulation three times a day for an _hour_ a time. It is highly unlikely that you'd throw yourself into premature labour.

What the point would be of trying to pump it, though, I have no idea. You'll still have plenty in 2 1/2 months.

i wouldn;t because first of all you get colestrum until your baby starts sucking/you give birth then it takes around 3 days for your milk to come in thats will be actual milk you are not leaking real milk yet and colestrum is very high in protien and really helps your newbaby it all happens for a reason so your baby will be missing out on the colestrum and next you don;t want to mess with your milk supply your body once you have your baby and put it to breast when your milk comes in you will have an overabundance of milk which levels off to exactly the amount your baby needs if you start pumping and pump less then your baby wants then you milk supply will start off low and your baby will not be getting enough there are lots of other but these are the important reasons

It wouldn't even be milk yet. Your breasts leak colostrum during pregnancy which is the first 'milk' that is super rich in nutrients and antibodies. Unless this is your 2nd pregnancy and your still BF since your first. Your baby desparately needs this colostrum when it is born so leave your breasts alone.
Get some breast pads and wait it out.

It certainly could induce labor! Stimulating the breasts produces oxytocin, which is similar to Pitocin, the drug used to induce labor. Usually what you produce at this stage of pregnancy is called Colostrum, and is not actually breast milk anyways.

no don;t, as the first liquid after the baby is called " colestrum, and it is extremely important for your baby to have it even if you aren;t breastfeeding, as it has extremely important antibodies and nutrients and vitamins and minerals for your baby especially for the baby after he/she is born to jump start their immunity etc. So sorry but you just have to leak away, and go through the discomfort of being somewhat engorged, and sorry the end gets uncomfortable all around, try to go with the flow and sleep as much as possible,i know its a pain, congrats on the preganancy and good luck

This would NOT be a good idea, Please ask your doc to explain the medical reasoning why this would not be a good idea

I doubt that your could get much milk and if you did you may induce labor b/c nipple stimulation does in fact ( in some cases) induce labor
