Buffalo meat is absolutely delicious! It's the healthiest of red meats as well.

Tastes like beef. Have to be careful not to overcook because it is so lean although a local producer does have buffalo that is fed like regular beef and therefore has a little more fat making it more tender and not so dry. But then I am in Oklahoma.

Haven't had the chance yet, but plan to.. I have had beefalo which is the cross breading of beef cattle and a buffalo, that was good, to me was very tender and not very gamey tasting..

I ordered a buffalo burger in Colorado Springs. I think they had to go out and kill it and butcher it because it was a long wait. They said there was only one burger so I shared it with my husband. It was sorta dry but it was really tasty and filling!

I have tried BEEFALO, there is a farm near me that raises BEEFALO and the meat is out of this world.
Its tender, very flavorful, very low in fat. It cost a lil more, but it is well worth it. Makes the best BEEFALO burgers on the grill. Juicey and flavorful.

I have had a buffalo burger, and its not THAT bad. A bit of a gamey flavor, but all in all, its good.

yes, i had a buffalo burger and was not told till after i ate it that is was buffalo, i didn't know...........tasted like beef to me, it was very good

My friend had it and said that if he didn't know that he had ordered buffalo, he would've assumed it was cow.
