a few facts...

Marijuana effects on females:

Decreased femininity. Marijuana use by females increase the amount of testosterone in the body, causing an increase in acne and such male characteristics as body and facial hair, and flattening of the breast and buttocks.
Infertility. Use of marijuana may interrupt the menstrual cycle and interfere with reproductive health and fertility. THC can cause irreversible damage to the supply of eggs from the ovaries.

Alcohol and women : Alcohol increases a woman's risk of developing serious illnesses and an increased risk of heart disease, liver disease, ulcers, reproductive problems, osteoporosis, pancreatitis, memory loss, and other illnesses caused by substance and alcohol abuse.
The effects of alcohol on the liver are more severe for women than for men. Women develop alcoholic liver disease, particularly alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis, after a shorter period of time than men.

If she still doesn't care then tell her if she doesn't stop, then you won't sit there and watch her slowly kill herself. You don't need to be around someone who if they don't care about themselves then they don't care about other people and you would rather surround yourself with people who do care.

you cant tell her or get her to stop doing them. She's going to do it since it's her choice. You can sit down with her and tell her you don't like the fact that she does it. But knowing your friend she knows the effects on drugs and drinking. So you can talk to her but she has to want to quit and give it up and no one can make that decision but her sorry

Well drinking and getting high is one recipe for hurling...she wont listen so be the one friend who stands by her side, what ever you have to say to her, say it !! Concern from a friend works wonders...if it does not stop the behavior at least it makes them think at least for a second...

Its her right to put what she wants into her own body? I would try to help her though if she's doing hard drugs. If she's putting back a few while smoking some weed or having some coffee though, it isn't the end of the world.

Maybe if you tell him/her that you are concerned about their behavior, rather than tell them they are stupid they might listen to you. There is no way to tell someone to stop doing something that YOU dont approve of. All you can do is voice your concern and let them know that you care.
