If they are you're best friend, then why would you have to have sex with them?
If the only way they will stay friends with you is to have sex, dump them, walk away and never look back

well they're not really your best friend if they are putting you in a situation that you are not comfortable with... friends with benefits is not the right move... you'll look back and see it was probably a mistake

I know you asked for guys only, but if you have to sleep with the guy to keep him as a friend, then he's not a friend, and completely not worth it.
