open to God's ways by having a loving personal relationship with Jesus is like a breath of fresh air.which includes loving people,not judging others,and just leave people alone and live your life by example of how Jesus lived.Is not that the greatest testimony one can give?

Mindless, unquestionable adherence to the law in itself a problem. If a law was no longer valid, or socially appropriate, then there needs to be a review process to explore this.
Unfortunately religious dogma rarely gets this kind of review.
