Like seriously every day I fall asleep like at 6am!! yea 6am I feel hot and I sweat alot and I dont like to sleep in a dark room and once I stayed up til 12am trying to fall asleep and I wake up at 7pm and school is almost gonna start so what should I do??

but no looks like your afriad of the dark.
if not then you gatta get into better sleeping habbits.

You need to establish a regular sleeping habit. Go to bed every night at the same time and wake up at the same time, and don't take naps. So, go to bed at 9 p.m. and just lie there quietly, and get up at 6:00 a.m. NO NAPS. You might be really tired for a few days, but if you don't nap, you'll fall asleep out of sheer exhaustion. Then, maintain the same schedule on weekends, too. To go to sleep, start winding down after dinner: no 'glowing boxes' -- i.e., computer, TV, video games. Try a warm bath and drinking warm milk. Also try eating less protein and more carbs with dinner, and perhaps turkey because it has tryptophan in it, the same as the milk. If this doesn't work after two weeks, see a doctor, but it really will work so long as you do the same thing every night and don't take naps.
