My solution to the problem

I finally have the solution to the problem of immigrants entering this country illegally. They are coming here because they want the money from the jobs our employers provide. So, we organize a mass movement of all our companies and employers to Mexico, taking their jobs with them. This leaves the immigrants no choice but to follow the jobs (because that is why they came here in the first place) back to Mexico. Then, when they are all gone, we throw up a fence or wall that will completely stop border crossing except in certain, authorized spots. Then all the companies can come back and all those who want to come to our country can do so legally and learn to speak English as a first language.

This idea makes about as much sense as granting amnesty to 12 million or so illegals already in the country and soon turning Southern California into a suburb of Mexico. Then in about 20 years, we will have to do it ALL over again, right? Since we did do it about 20 years ago, and history repeats itself…..Thank you for listening.

What I say is, we take our troops out of Iraq, and put them on the border and they can just shoot anyone who tries to come across. We pack up all the illegal aliens, take them back over the border where they belong, or give them the option of becoming a real citizen, make them pay taxes like the rest of us, and learn how to speak freakin' English! I'm sick and tired of going to McD's and not being able to order what I want cause nobody knows how to speak English.! If they have a problem they can just deal. And if they commit any sort of crime, out they go! End of story!

I actually answered a question quite a while back along a similar vein.....

I feel that my answer was quite thorough- addressing the possible "complications"- kids born in the the US to illegal parents, amnesty-seekers, integrating those who are currently here illegally, and protecting our borders in the future.....

I don't remember if I got "best," but it was good (I think).

Thats pretty much what has been happening for the past 30 years - our companies have moved their factories to Latin America and Asia because our immigration system won't admit enough cheap unskilled (or skilled but harder working and expecting lower pay) labor.

So when are you going to tell them to come back?

that would never work. maybe Mexico should unite with all the other Latin American countries south of the border call it the united Latin states. all the presidents of these counties would now be mayors or however they want to set it up it could all be Communist and become allies with Russia or set it up with a dictator or with a king and queen then sooner or later Americans might start to migrate south of the border and not just the illegals.

I think that the government should mass a police force and start checking every home in the US for papers that proof your a legal citizen and if some can't they get deported. Illegal immigrants are a cancer on our society.

who's gonna build the wall? No American born laborer with any skill will work for the low wages that any American born company is willing to pay. ax yourself this: why are there no union in the border states??

Good plan, but personally I think the easiest solution would be to just annex Mexico

That's pretty funny. I like it, but it will never work. Once all the greedy employers get to Mexico they wont want to come back to the US. That my friend is the root of the problem.
