I'm having sleep issues lately. I went to bed last night about 2:30 am, and I just woke up at about 11:00 pm. I litterally slept all day. I generally do not go to bed until between 2:00 and 5:00 in the morning, but even when I've reached as much as 12 hours of sleep, I can't get up. When I do finlly get out bed, I just fall back asleep. Plus I'm so cold, I just can't wake up..even though I live in FL. Am I just lazy or what?

Nope. You either have a thyroid problem or narcolepsy, I'd bet my bottom dollar.

Call the doctor. And let someone else drive. Really. You may fall asleep suddenly.

I suggest a good physical exam. I am a person who suffers from anemia. A couple of years ago, I had the same thing happen and had been to the Dr. several times. I finally got on the Internet and researched anemia and found the culprit. I have B12 anemia, which is not common. I printed the info and took it to my Dr. The article stated that this test is seldom ordered because it is expensive and often unnecessary. She did start the B12 injections and now I need one every month. I was so depressed and lazy that all I did was sleep, go to bathroom and eat very little and back to the sofa for more sleep. Do mention this to your Doctor. Good luck.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed

insomnia can be cured. I found the information
