1. Stop with the flat iron all together.
2. Buy a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
3. Get a leave-in conditioner.
I use Garnier Fructis or coconut oil. You can also use coconut oil as a pre conditioner before washing. Since your hair is damaged you might want to get a trim.
If coconut oil doesn't work for you try jojoba oil but only use a small amount otherwise you will look greasy. Good luck to you i hope this helps :)

I'm actually going through the same thing..here is what i did..and it has worked really well..i bought some hair nail and skin vitamins that i take daily and gelatin pills..they are super cheap..then i also got some vitamin e oil..i haven't done my hair for the past 2 weeks i just let it air dry and pull it up..wash it and condition it every other day and in two weeks it will be soo much better..but after you wash it put the vitamin e oil in your hair..not a lot though cuz a little goes a long way and then at bed time get one of those head wraps and just wrap it up so its not in a elastic...Good luck i hope it helped!

A trip or two to the beauty salon would be best. But if you're determined to diy then use anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner, as well as, a good moisturizer for heat damaged hair. There is also anti-frizz gels and sprays that can be used daily to keep hair straight. Garnier Frutis , John Frieda, Aussie, Alberto, and a few others sell anti-frizz products. Can be purchased at Kmart, Walgreens, CVS, and Rite aid stores.

find a hair reconstuctor or like a hair mask its called like a deep conditioner
such as Garnier Fructis 3-min hair mask.
after shampooing, rinse out your hair very very well and then squeeze practically all the water out as well as you can .
then take the deep conditioner and put it throughout your hair and then get a plastic hair net thing. and put it over your hair even though it may say leave in for 3-5 etc minutes leave in for 20-30 minutes and rinse.
do every week until hair is more manageable [[=
good luck dear.

Get a haircut---that will take care of the damage, and while you're there ask the stylist on tips to keep your hair less frizzy.

use Biolage Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner. while in the shower, condition it for 5 minutes exactly. rinse with cool water.
when you come out and your hairs damp (partly dry) get a quarter-sized amount of Biolage Leave In Reparing conidtioner and place it only on the TIPS of your hair.
to stop the frizz, i suggest TRESemme No-Frizz Spray or Creme. they both work very well

first of all u need to get a haircut to revive your hair.then u should change the habit of straightening them everyday, use silicone for hair(apply some drops to your hair's ends) u can find it in beauty shops, use conditioner in every wash.

you have to get it cut to get the splint ends removed. and stop straightening your hair all the time... no more than 2-3 times a week.
