Is it effective?
Which "flavors" are the most effective?

I'd like to hear your opinions! ;)

Thanks for the answers. I have a pretty good idea about VW now.

Of course, I wouldn't replace my daily glasses of water for 'em! ;]
However, they are pretty expensive, even when I saw them at Costco.

I'll just stick to a balanced diet with lots of fruits to get my vitamins.

Thanks again!

Its a waste of money. Drink regular water instead and have a piece of fruit and you will still get less calories than that one bottle of vw.

I like the taste of most flavors, and I like the fact that it has a lot of vitamins. But beware!!... VitaminWater is packed with calories!! You'd be better off just drinking normal bottled water.

I can surely tell you that Vitamin Water Orange is my favorite drink and I usually drink it every single day, not for the electrolyte replenishment or the vitamin C, but because it is a very light, refreshing drink that doesn't have any carbonation or excessive sweetness. The extra vitamin C is no problem because this is a water soluble vitamin and is easily excreted in the urine. Drink up!

I personally LOVE this stuff. All of the flavors I've tried are delicious and have given me the extra boost I need to go in the morning. Personally I love the 'Strawberry kiwi' flavor, the 'Dragonfruit' flavor, and the 'lemonade'.

I am not sure any of them are effective. They have been reports that drinking your vitamins isn't as effective as eating them. But I find that the jack fruit taste best. Sorry if this doesn't help any but that's my opinion

Did you all know that Pepsi and
Coca-Cola.....just confessed to
using TAP WATER in their
bottled water???
Yes, they get it right from the
city where their plants are.
Big problem: They are using
the various city's water in
huge amounts and leaving
the cities with water needs.
I'm guessing that Vitamin water is just another con to charge big prices for nothing.

It tastes pretty good. The green tea flavor is great, and it sort of helps boost your metabolism, but the natural green tea is the best.

Why not just drink regular water, eat right, and take a multivitamin?

I think they're useless and all they give you is artificial coloring, chemicals, and calories...just drink water and eat your vitamins from food
