I would like to lose 3 pounds of fat a week, and add 1-2 pounds of muscle a week concurrently.

I weigh 250 right now and I need around 3900 calories to maintain my weight.
Would a great diet be to eat 2500 calories a day and 250 grams of protein?

losing a substantial amount of fat while increasing muscle mass at a high rate in near impossible even for those that do not train natural and use AAS. you really need to pick one or the other then develop a training program and diet to maximum results for that cycle of your training. trying to accomplish both at the same time will result in minimal results of both.
