Dont worry about losing weight, as long as you are healthy its okay. Here are some tips on how to lose weight (if you must) and be healthy. :]
Eat healthy (but yummy) and exercise (but fun).
I dont like dieting because it restricts you from eating what you want and doesnt let you live. Instead of eating straight fruits and veggies and ONLY healthy stuff, try eating low fat ice cream (in moderation), frozen blueberries sprinkled with SPLENDA, celery sticks, baked apple crisps, bananas with cinnamon, etc. You can eat healthy food but also have fun with it. Try making your own little meals and snacks that are healthy but are fun to make and also actually tastes decent. I know that plain spinach leaves taste awful so try mixing some stuff in it so that its yummy and tastes good. Dieting doesnt have to be all strict and boring, have fun with it.
Also, you need to exercise! I know as a young person like you, that jogging for hours is no fun, so try speed walking around at the mall. You get to shop and exercise, just make sure that you dont end up drinking a Starbucks frap while your doing that. Instead, walk around with a large cup of iced water and sip on that while you walk and shop. Good luck!
HOPE THIS HELPS! (Feel free to email me for more help)

10 pounds seems like a lot to lose in one month, especially for someone that age. I think a good idea would be to eliminate all soda. I have heard of people losing weight by just not drinking soda (even when no other changes are made!). Adding club soda to juice (juice with no added sugars) is a good substitute, or just lime or lemon juice, a little sugar, and club soda/seltzer. Also, just walking around the block a couple times each day will help!

Join a sports team or like a dance class. And this isnt a diet, but like dont let ur kid like pig out on chips and cookies because thats not healthy. Just have structured meals with fruits and veggies, and help your kid and be a good example. Have your biggest meal be lunch, becuase you have more time to burn the calories from lunch than having dinner as the big meal of the day. Becuase after dinner you start winding down and it ends up not being worked off. And also, although you think skipping breakfast will make you skinnier, it actually does the opposite. It gets you metabolism going in the morning, because while you are sleeping your metabolism slows down. Hope this helped.

you already know the answer. EXERCISE, but you should think more about what DIET means. It'll make it easier and you should find yourself happier in the long run.
you are what you eat. Diet doesn't mean you sacrife good food and taste. you just learn the difference between Food and Not Food.
Monsters? nothing but sugar = calories.
you can't loose weight if you can't burn more calories than you consume. (they might not effect you if your diet has lots of sugar already.. from your previous question)
ride a bike everyday or run alot OK OK swimmings a good one too (you already have the answer). you've got to get your heart rate up for at least 8 minutes to START to burn the extra weight/calories.
don't take diet pills. they could stop a 10 year olds heart, ultimatly leading to brain damage.
when puberty hits, huge epigenetic changes occur.
Epigenetics is outside elements effecting our genes
- the elements would include:
WHAT YOU EAT, Hormones, Hydorgen, Carbon and proteins.
activating and deactivating certain physical traits within our DNA. This can greatly change our metabolism (how fast we burn calories) permenanlty as well.It is possible that these epigenetic changes can cause one to gain weight, or lose weight before during and after puberty.
but its not to be depended on. Its changes from DNA to DNA'
good luck.

reducing your calorie intake slows down your metabolism. the superb wager could be to maintain on with the 5 significant foodstuff communities, and consume till you're finished. Then exercising for no less than half-hour +. Do cardio workouts including working and swimming. relax, 5-10 pounds is straightforward in 3-4 months.

Well, that's really not healthy.
All you can do is change the way of living. Meaning a household of willing family who's new lifetime diet is fruits/veggies/lean meats & occasional carbs. We try & stick w/ rice or corn pastas instead of wheat.....we do have the occasional cheeseburger, but it's OCCASIONAL.
And of course a healthy active life. Swim, outside play.....getting out and DOING something as a family.
THAT'S the way to raise healthy kids, it's not about dieting, it's about changing your lifestyle for the good of everyone.

WATER, lots of water, four meals a day.
Make sure they eat breakfast, snack at recess, eat lunch, eat dinner, drink lots of water!!!
Encourage rather than hinder. Compliment, instead of complain. It works.
