You are great--first of all at 15--you do not have the body you want--none of us did. At 5'11 you are at a great weight and a 27 inch waist is perfect. Eat right and exercise and your true body will blossom at 17-18. Between the ages of 10-16 you are changing so much-- some of us gain weight at that age due to hormones--some stay the same. As long as you are doing what you need to do for you--eating right--you will be so happy as you see the changes-you are at an in between stage--trust me--I was so unhappy with me at 16--now at 35 know I am beautiful--and my daughter--now 18 finally grew into her "big" nose--fat self--lost the baby weight during her senior year--all genetics--and is beautiful.
Give yourself a break and look at the true you.

There is some chance you could have a little flab, but from reading this it seems that you have a small bone frame. Now only you know if you have a little flab that jets out of your stomach or not. You are on the light side I think. I caculated your BMI and the results show your weight sould be none for concern. Your BMI is 21.5.

So......you can't tell by looking at yourself whether you are fat, obese, normal or very thin?
You are at the very LOWEST end of your weight range for 5'11".
Here is the chart:

You're so skinny, you could model. You should weigh anywhere from 145 to 165 pounds, though. I would recommend gaining 5 to 10 pounds.

I think that you are pretty thin.
YOU COULD BE A MODEL!
Anyways, get your BMI (body mass index) by going to http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx
and it'll tell you what you are.
