I'm 15 and don't really need to, I just basically want to be healthier. If I started to go for a run in the mornings, do situps, pushups, crunches, ect. and eat healthier would I eventually begin to lose weight? It's mostly my stomach that needs to lose the fat. I do play softball, but that won't be til srping. And I don't like going to the gym...so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Oh, diet pills and that are simply out of the question, so please don't suggest those.
