Eat healthy and exercise.
I dont like dieting because it restricts you from eating what you want and doesnt let you live. Instead of eating straight fruits and veggies and ONLY healthy stuff, try eating low fat ice cream (in moderation), frozen blueberries sprinkled with SPLENDA, celery sticks, baked apple crisps, bananas with cinnamon, etc. You can eat healthy food but also have fun with it. Try making your own little meals and snacks that are healthy but are fun to make and also actually tastes decent. I know that plain spinach leaves taste awful so try mixing some stuff in it so that its yummy and tastes good. Dieting doesnt have to be all strict and boring, have fun with it.
Also, you need to exercise! I know as a human being like you, that jogging for hours is no fun, so try speed walking around at the mall. You get to shop and exercise, just make sure that you dont end up drinking a Starbucks frap while your doing that. Instead, walk around with a large cup of iced water and sip on that while you walk and shop. Good luck!

I love your question. I am trying to lose weight & have tried soooo many different diet pills. I always put the weight back on and sometimes more IF I even lost weight on that particular diet pill. I know for a fact though that when I exercise I can pretty much lose weight & i WILL ALSO EAT MORE FRUITS INSTEAD OF GREASY STUFF. I lost 40 lbs when I went to this local diet docter that gave me phentermine and chromion Picolinate along with a B-12 shot. I did this for 3 months. The drawback was I had moodswings... Good Luck...

You can lose weight. It's not as hard as you think. Possibly, therein lies the problem Perhaps, by thinking that this thing is sooooooooo hard to do , that you have set yourself up for a task that you feel is unobtainable. Change your thought pattern. First, you can really do anything that you really want to do but you must really , really want the change. Secondly, you must realize that change does not come easy, as a matter of fact, it's easier to remain overweight so, you must be willing to achieve this , very attainable goal , with effort and determination. And, Thirdly , stop yourself from eating so poorly. Many people don't realize that eating becomes a habit much like the rest of our habits. Choose to eat correctly. And , finally , stop telling yourself what you can't do and start telling yourself what you will do . This is your life and you are in charge of it . The results rest soley in your lap not McDonald's". Good luck.

I hit my largest I had ever been about a year ago. I started to try everything to lose weight and then I decided to eat more Fruits and veggies. I started to make big fruit salads and eat that as a snack. I catch the bus to work now so I have to walk 15 mins from the bus stop to work. I have been doing this for about 2 months and I have lost 15 lbs. My clothes have really started to get to big for me. I also feel better physically and mentally. Good luck with your weight loss. To really lose your weight for good. Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

I'm trying to loose weight and it takes alot of effort! but recently i gave up dieting and crap cuz it doesnt work!!!! just watch how much u eat and eat when ur hungry...that way u wont over eat and u get to eat whatever u want. so far im loosing weight and its much easier than dieting.

Yep, it's pretty tough. I've been struggling with it for years. There's always something that interferes in my exercise plan. Sometimes it's just my own laziness, but other times there's some hindrance beyond my control.
