i think my sister has ADD and ADHD, but she doesnt. she will laugh..........at nothing.....all the time. the laughing will last up to 3 hours. she makes weird whistiling noises, and she will sing a song out of nowhere. when i talk to her, she will dramatically start to scream and attack me. do you think shes bipolar??? and other days she acts like shes all depressed, whats wrong with her???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
