No, the rapture of the church is the true prophesied event foretold in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.

The original intent of "separation of church and state" was so that the STATE would not establish a church. Think back to why this was written into the constitution--there was the Church of England and the King was in control of the religious practices at that time. When America was established they wanted to allow for freedom OF religion NOT freedom FROM religion in the public sector.

The rapture of the church is an altogether different thing--it is a teaching that has come about from the 1800's and was not adhered to by the original believers in the Bible. It is a deception to believe God is going to remove us out of the earth when the Bible plainly states:

2 Timothy 3:12, "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution."

1 Corinthians 15:52, "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, AT THE LAST TRUMP: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the TRUMP of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

(this is a "catching away" of the believers who are still alive at Jesus' second coming)

You can see clearly if you will only open your eyes that God indicates that time will be NO MORE at the LAST TRUMP!

Revelation 10:6, "And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be TIME NO LONGER:"

Revelation 10:7, "But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the MYSTERY OF GOD SHOULD BE FINISHED, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets."

Revelation 11:15, "And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever."

no the rapture has to take the church out of the world. Separation of church and state will just allow persecution for Christians.

No, I don't think the Church and State have to be in each others pockets, I do think that we should have just as much influence as anybody else... hail the end times are coming...

No, but I can't wait until the Lord returns. Just think, we are one day closer to him. My birthday is coming up and these days it means I'm one year closer to our Lord. I just pray that God reaches more of the lost between now & then.

I know there will be a great falling away and antichrist will proclaim himself to God in Israel before the Lord's return. The Lord is coming for his children whose robes have been washed by the "Blood of the Lamb."

For those that are still lost, unless you accept God's truth in Jesus as a little child (innocent)you cannot be saved.

"We cannot seperate ourselves from this world but we can be (holy) set apart for our Lord."

In Christ,

No, the rapture is just superstition. God doesn't exist.

However, that won't stop people from trying to get their government to promote their religion for them.
