In the past I took IQ tests with tickle.com that resulted in scores of 126 and 138, But I ran across a website iqtest.dk , which I finished in20 minutes that gave me a score of 100. Now I remember years and years ago ( in the 7th grade ) I was given an iq test by a teacher and it was 110. I would think with age, my iq would become higher. I laughed when I saw the 100 score. I also made my 11 year old daughter take the test, which she finished in 10 minutes and got a 107, but last year she took a test administered by a psychologist and her score was 127. Now which is correct....and if the iqtest.dk was accurate, then am I a dumbass...I ask this because I always thought an iq below 110 was dumb as hell, and if you are below 100 then you are boarderline retarded. In my opinion, a smart person ( an adult ) would have a quotent of at least 140..... Be honest, I can take it. Am I a retard. If so, then that will explain why my life is so messed up.

You sound very insecure. IQs mean NOTHING.
If you think you're a "retard" then you'll be a "retard." If you believe you are smart and can do just about anything, then you will be.
If your life is messed up---blaming it on your IQ is ridiculous. Blame it on YOU. You are messing up your life. So, instead of looking for something to blame your problems on, accept responsibility and FIX IT.

Average iq is 100. 75 is the range for retardation. 130 is "Highly intelligent" With 140 I believe being genius. Don't take any IQ test online, they aren't accurate. there is no highest because it's on a bell curve. After 160, you are getting to the top .5% of the world. But it could technically go on. I believe the highest ever recorded is somewhere in the 220s. Lowest could go down to 0 depending on how mentally handicapped a person is. I work with people whose IQ's are in the 20's and 30's.

100 is exactly average. That's the way IQ results are scored. You do not have a low IQ. None of the tests you took show that you have a low IQ.
Also, and perhaps more importantly, the tests you took on-line are not real IQ tests. They are not at all reliable.

There are various forms of intelligence, like mathematical, verbal, and musical, also different types of IQ tests, like the Stanford-Binet, where 100 is the average: 90% of the population fall within 10% of that mark. It also varies with age, and the state of health; mood at the time, problems distracting people, etc. Your written expression is good. You are NOT a retard!

why do sooooo many people place soooo much stock in meaningless test. If you believe that testing crap you need to seek professional help for low self esteem, and depression.
