I recently switched to Garnier Fructis. I see and feel very good differences! My hair is so silky and shiny and I just LOVE IT!! is this an effective shampoo or is it bad for your hair? Thanks!

Years ago, there was a report in Consumer Reports that said all shampoos work about the same, and so you should buy the one that compliments your bathroom.
Id suggest using up that bottle, then get something else, and go back to that one after that. Prevent buildup.

It's one of the better. But you should switch your shampoos/ conditioners around a little bit. When you use one particular thing for too long it starts to do the opposite of what it's intended for.

it starts tht ure hair becomes shinny but after a month the shine dosent come as it use to
