yeah i am the same as you! i am 15 and way 100 pounds. It depends on your size, if you are small then your weight may be okay but if u really do wanna gain weight try to gain muscle. Eat a lot of things with protein and you will gain muscle hopefully and since your only 12 work out a little. If you eat a lot and are 80 pounds it probably means that you have a fast metabolism like me. Also just eat more then you are right now! thats what i mostly did

I can give you suggestions as to how to gain weight, but i must tell you first that you are not matured yet so you have not fully come into your body, you could find yourself gaining wait rapidly when you fully hit puberty so if i were you i would wait till i am at least 16 to see what my body looks like.

If you are like me however, you are just naturally slim and cannot keep fat on. I dont eat much because i have no appetite for food so i drink a weight gain shake that i buy online. i am in my 30's so i know this is how big i am ever gonna be so i can take that weight gainer.

All that food you are eating could come back to haunt you. I am not sure what the proper weight for the average 12 year old, but i think you are too young to worry about it now. if you have not started growing breasts and having your periods or filling out then you should just wait till puberty hits.

Despite what others are going to suggest - do NOT go on an eating binge...

Simply by increasing your calorie intake by 500 calories a day will give you a pound a week - anything more than that is unhealthy!

Proper diet is STILL key - just slowly increase portion size ;););)

be who you are, eventually when you hit 13/14 there will be giant weight increase, also when you hit 16

so stay thin, because you'll be really fat in the future if you try to gain weight now

My football coach in HS had his favorite player (ringer) on the team use those weight gainers/protien shakes you find at GNC, within a year he had a spare tire that was laughable. I am kinda glad now my parents weren't Football coach suck ups.
