Hello kity there is an old saying that the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach.I believe that to be true to some extent. But there is a lot more to it than just good cooking.

paula deen and rachel ray have different styles. i prefer rachel ray, paula deen is a southern cook. by the way, if u want ry to combine the 2 and make a new unique styled food.

Yes -- learning to cook is always a good thing. Not just to get guys, but to expand your social circle all the way around. People who can throw together a dinner for friends will never be lonely!
Find a guy who has learned to cook too! Once you've won each OTHERs hearts, you can pamper each other with romantic dinners. Cooking together - even better. The occasion when he cooks for you -- the best yet!

Good cooking skills certainly can't hurt in the romance department. Before you work your culinary magic on a guy, find out what he likes and dislikes. Also, keep in mind any personal or religious beliefs that may effect menu selection. It won't matter how good you cook if you prepare a pork dish for a guy of the Muslim or Jewish faiths for example.
