no.....u lose ur virginity when there is intercourse. a man inside a woman showing his true love to her, and her accepting that love. just sleeping with a guy means that you are intimate, but not physically active. just be sure that once u give it up 2 him, he'll be expecting it more and more.

OK, if you're serious, here's the answer--a woman loses her virginity when her vagina becomes penetrated by a man's penis by sexual intercourse. As long as that doesn't happen, you can share a bed with 100 guys and still be a virgin.
