No that is not OK she is too young for you...if you really like her wait 3 more years, or send us your questions from jail (oh wait you won't be able too). She is too young and if your sexually with this child you will be incarcerated for statutory rape.

It's not the smartest thing to do.
But then again if you in love i guess you can't really help it.
But my friend is 14 and she started dating a 18 year(whom is a jerk) and everybody warned her and she's in a special religion where they can't even celebrate their b-day(just don't want to spell the religion) and they started sleeping together and i know that if and when her mom finds out the guy is going to go to jail.
She's not even supposed to be dating.
So if you guys do get together be careful!
I hope it works out.
You should tell her how you feel by the way.
See what she thinks and talk it out with her.
Even have her ask her parents what they would do if she was dating an 18 year old.
Hope i helped really!

I know I'm going to get a lot of thumbs down for saying this, but I dont really care. To me 3 years of age difference isn't a lot! Everyone on here thinks it's wrong just because it's illegal, but other then that it's fine! My dad is 10 years older then my mom and they're happily married and have been for 28 years. Not only that but I'm 19 and my boyfriend is 25. Like I said people just get the idea that it's wrong because they automatically think it's illegal, and yeah it is but that doesn't matter if you really like her and you're not playing around. Don't worry about what people say about it. And really if you come to think about it 3 years is nothing!! Goodluck and stop worrying!
By the way: Age is nothing but a number.

As a mother of one, I would have to say that I wouldn't approve. I think 18 years olds do different things then 15 year olds. Parties, hang out later etc.
Although that did happen to my daughter and they lasted two years.
Eventually you will be 19 and be able to legally drink, among many other things and she will not be able to join in those things. It can create real problems between you.
Kind of unfair to you to have to delay your maturity and at the same time, unfair to her to be left behind.
Unless, you are both mature enough to make some sacrifices, and be sincere about them, I really think it's not a good idea.
I can understand that it is difficult when you have feelings, but, if you really care about her. Maybe waiting a year to figure things out would be better. Take it slow, if it is meant to be, it will happen.

Absolutely Not. You are a new adult and want to venture out in life as a new adult. This 15 year old is very vulnerable and impressionable. She needs to stay in school and enjoy her teenage years as you did. Give her an opportunity to gradually grow into an adult, without feeling like she will need to "act" older, in order to keep you. We both know where that will lead. Plus it is absolutely 100% illegal. You do not want to ruin your life getting a charge on your permanent police record, you do not want one of those, it will make your life extremely difficult.
Why are you not pursuing someone your own age, may be a question you might want to ask yourself.
I do hope you make the right choice for both of you. Since you are the adult, do the "right thing". She may not understand now, but she will in the long run.
Good Luck with the Over 18 Crowd. : )

Rule of thumb is you're an 18 year old guy so everything you do is wrong. I say this in a kidding way but it's all too true. You are not wrong for liking her, but having sex with her would be illegal so be very careful.

It's perfectly fine, you can fall for people of any age.
The only problem is society, government and people that make rules lead us to believe that it is wrong.
If you have no intention of having sex or any oher illegal activity then I say it's fine.
If you don't want to change her, get her into your bad habits (if yo uhave any) then it's fine, wait unil she's old enough and the age limit stops mattering before getting anywhere otherwise you could go to jail for doing something you probably didn't do just because of age difference....
Have fun! And I suggest not telling your parents about the age thing until you're old enough in case they frek especially hers... they might be over protective...

Its ok by standerds of dating today because 3 years isnt that much difference. But keep in mind that the maturity levels will be WAY different. Your graduating and shes probably a sophmore? PLUS its considered sachatory rape without her guardians consent

IMHO... nope. but I'm 17 and went out with a 14 yr old so thats kinda hypocritical. the problem is just in what oter people think it means (most people arent receptive to it, but i really never cared) but the other thing is really how far you want to go compared to how far you should go with someone at that age... the ones that'll go out with people that mch older usually want to go all the way but its a felony in any state and people watch you like a hawk when you're that much older... you can count on her dad knowing your every move if you are in a small town... but if you're fine with that and she is fine w u go for it

You're just three years older, which is about right, but right now, she is not legal, you can only be a friend, until she becomes of legal age. You can talk to her parents, and let them know how you, but you not going to do any thing, but be a friend, if that is OK, and when she becomes of age, would it be OK if you could date her, if it would be alright with her..

It is legal in most states for an 18 year old to date a 16 year old (don't quote me!)...it depends on her and you and her parents...and when she turns sixteen.
