Some say that Law and order is the opposite of hate.
Hate is an emotion, the opposite emotion is Love.
The opposite of Love though is considered to be apathy or indifference. Interesting question. The question I have is "why hate?". Active caring and support will bolster love and conquer hate.

On one hand it's love , because hate destroys while love restores , on the other hand since they are both powerful and intensive emotions , the opposite may also be indifference
