Well Betty, while I am not a Christian I do know a little bit about good and evil. Evil always gives the appearance of something pleasant and nice. If it weren't that way, then people wouldn't be tempted to follow their wicked ways. Evil maeks itself appear so EASY to follow and GOOD seems to appear to be the hard path to follow Most people prefer to take the easy way to whatever goals that they set for themselves and so, follow the wrong paths a lot.
Brightest Blessings,
Raji the Green Witch

Satan could never tempt anyone if he were as some people suppose, always demonic. He parades as the angel of light. He uses truth and distorts it just a little to make the truth into a falsehood. Eve did become wise to the sin she committed when she ate of the fruit of the tree. Satan told her she would become wise, he just did not tell the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say.

If you hear voices it's not God, Satan, Jesus, or anyone else. You have a serious medical condition and you need to tell someone you trust, and go to the neurologist.

No. But satan does do a lot of talking in God's name. Usually through Pat Robertson, Pope Ratzinger or one of the other Fundies who sold their souls for Power.
People who let Faith shout down their consciences are easily duped by Satanist "Christian" leaders.

Satan is nothing but a liar and a deceiver. We have to constantly pray to God to give us spiritual discernment; for Satan will most certainly try and deceive us to thinking that it is God talking to us; when many times it will be no one except lying satanic forces. One very important thing to remember, when we are not certain if we hear God speak, or if it is just Satan trying to deceive us, is to make certain that what we hear lines up with the Word of God. For God will never tell us or say anything to us which contradicts his Holy Word.

Satan, by means of temptation, can sound good, but he isn't. He can appear to be good, but he isn't. That is why it is important to know the voice of God by being first and foremost, saved by the grace of Christ Jesus, and by reading his word and talking to him in prayer.

Satan has an evil voice--he tempts you to do sin, while God has a still, small voice. Listen carefully! When you hear God, you should feel a sense of peace and calmness--don't get the two mixed up!

God is the spirit of enthusiasm.
Satan is the spirit of disdain.
It's pretty easy to tell them apart.
