me and my boyfriend have been together for about 4 months now and everytime we are together he turns off his phone. when i asked him why he said that he did not want anyone to bother him when he is with me. it sounds good but i still wonder. so i need some advice what do you think. is he cheating on me or dose he just want to spend uninturupted time with me.

hmm....sounds a little too fishy for my taste. why don't you try asking him to leave his cell on for a day that you guys are together? if he has a problem with that, then he's creeping, if not, then your good.
The fact that you cared enough about this to make you post it up here on Answers, shows that him doing that makes you a bit insecure. Don't ignore that. Your not crazy! Find out. Its the only way to settle your nerves...

Start with a few of the obvious questions: Has he always turned off his phone? If not, does he normally get interrupted? Also, if he were trying to hide it, he could turn his phone off before coming over or leave it in the car so look for some type of pattern. I doubt after only 4 months he's trying to hide someone or something else.

I would take that as a compliment if you guy is turning off his phone. Sounds like he does not want to be interrupted. There is nothing worse then a phone ringing, and your partner feels the need to answer it. I hate that. You may want to consider also:
What days is he spending with you
What times is spending with you
Does he include you with his friends, or are you a secret
Does his family know about you and approve
These are key points that tells how important you really are. If you are newly dating then it's really hard to say. Ask him if he would not mind leaving his phone on, just to see his response, plus you can see if someone is obsessively trying to contact him.

flat out ask him and watch what he does, if he starts getting evasive and trying to change the subject than you might be on to something. I have always believed in innocent until proven guilty, and it might just be that an ex won't leave him alone. Also he could be planning something...a surprise b-day party perhaps or maybe a baby shower. Knowing what I know, I really doubt that he's cheating. I bet that this just started recently and I know that you due in a few months, so I think he's in on a surprise for you. Could even be a proposal!
You'll just have to wait and see.

I dont think he is cheating, he is just one of those guys who likes to be alone. I am a guy and if I was cheating I dont think turning my phone off would be something I would do if I was cheating. Man, I wish my girlfriend would turn are phone off when we are together, you should feel lucky.

It would be nice if more people turned their phones off more often and spent more uninterrupted time with their honeys. Do you have any other reason to think he is cheating on you? If not, then you should just trust him. Whatever you do, don't go snooping on his phone, that is just wrong.

well has cheating been a problem before, or anything supious like that? if not hes probably just relaly into being wiht you and doesnt want anyone to interupt if its really bugging you tell him how you feel but not in a jealous way thats the quickest way to end a relation ship good luck sweetie

well if he said that he want to be with you then he is if hes with you all the time then he isn't but just when he turn off his phone say can i see it for a minute to see something if he says no then ask him if he get anything to hid but if he dose and you look then he isn't

well he could not want his parents to bother him if ppl called him alot when he didnt do this then he not if ppl didnt nd u spend less nd less time with him den he might be check his myspace or soemthing or ask a firend of his who not 2 close 2 him but close nd close 2 u ask him 2 hang out with his firned or something if he says no he probly is playing u if he says sure get 2 kno his firends so they tell u his secerts

He wants to focus on you. I wish my boyfriend would turn his phone off. It really hurts my feelings when he answers the phone while we are together.
