To really lose your weight for good. Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

healthy weight loss is 2 lbs a week.

20/2=10 weeks
10/4= 2.5 months.

same here i want to lose at least ten pounds before school starts... go on a good diet cut down calories drink only water and excercise thats the only thing you can do and you gotta push yourself to the limit to get it

it is pssoible but really really not healthy next ime i suggest starting way before summer and look good when summer starts i suggest you go out and buy a diet book and cook meals on a 2000 calorie plan to lose weight fast

do what i did in wrestling run with a garbage bag and sweater on for awile i lost 15 lbs dunno if its the right thing to do tho but it shouldnt matter what ya look like just be yourself
